Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before accessing or using the coaching programs, content, or services offered by True Success (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website https://truesuccess.pro (the “Site”).
By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our coaching services, resources, content, online sessions, or digital materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Coaching Services
Our coaching services are designed to provide guidance, support, and tools for personal and professional development. All coaching is delivered online through virtual meeting platforms.
By purchasing or participating in any coaching session or program, you acknowledge that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment and does not replace advice from a licensed professional.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
All purchases made on https://truesuccess.pro are non-refundable. This includes coaching sessions, programs, and any digital content or resources. Due to the time, preparation, and commitment required for coaching, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We currently process payments securely through third-party platforms such as PayPal. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
If you select a payment plan, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to coaching services.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through our Site or during coaching (including but not limited to worksheets, videos, session recordings, written content, and program frameworks) are the intellectual property of True Success.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use such materials for your own personal development. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes.
5. Client Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and productive coaching environment. By enrolling in coaching services or joining a private community, you agree to:
Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ stories and information.
Avoid any behavior that is harassing, abusive, or disrespectful to the coach or other members.
Not record, screenshot, or repurpose any session content without express permission.
We reserve the right to remove any client from a session or program—without refund—if they violate these conduct rules.
8. Disclaimer
Coaching is a collaborative process but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Your progress depends on your own actions, commitment, and application of the concepts discussed.
You agree that True Success and its coaches are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or results you take based on the coaching provided.
We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Site or coaching content may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to coaching services at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms. Any such termination does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us at gaven.khan@gmail.com to seek a resolution. If we cannot resolve the issue, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration, with a neutral third party. The maximum financial recovery available shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to us.
